William Henry "Green" Proctor was my great grandfather and I would
greatly appreciate a copy of his obit. I am descended through his son
David Emmett Proctor, who was father to Edwin Proctor, who was my
father, now deceased, and who was one wonderful human being. I am
delighted to be able to post that last sentiment on the worldwide web for
