d. 1922 and buried in Greenlawn cemetery in Clinton Twp., Seneca Co., OH with his parents. His
brother was Wallace Berger DILDINE b 1851 and d. 1922, and buried with parents at Greenlawn.

They were sons of William MCEWEN DILDINE b. 1815 Fairfield Co., OH, came to Seneca Co in
1823 with his parents, m. Christina Ann Berger (b. 1823, Frederick Co., MD, d. 1884);
He died 1879 and is buried in Greenlawn Cemetery with his wife. Greenlawn Cemetery is on land of
the Dildines.

William MCEWEN DILDINE is probably the son of Daniel DILDINE and Margaret MCEWEN.
Daniel was born Sept 23, 1781 in Northampton Co., PA and was the son of Andrew DILDINE who
died in Feb 28, 1793 in Upper Mt. Bethel Twp., Northampton Co with a will mentioning land in Big
Fishing Creek, Northumberland (now Columbia Co., PA.).

MCEWEN's were in both counties and also moved to Seneca Co., OH in 1823.
